No fixes yet. Just clarity.

Fix blocks

What happens:

  • focused work on the agreed problem
  • fixes done within the agreed time block
  • testing and basic validation

What to expect:

  • progress without rushing or guessing
  • no automatic extensions
  • no silent scope creep

If the issue turns out to be larger, we stop and reassess.

What happens:

  • we decide together what to do next
  • continue with another fix block
  • adjust the scope
  • or stop if it’s not worth it

Nothing continues by default.
Stopping is always an option.

Optional maintenance (case by case)

Some stores benefit from light ongoing maintenance to reduce emergencies and recurring issues. This is discussed after an initial intervention and only if it genuinely makes sense.
No subscriptions by default. No long-term commitments unless both sides want them.
